It was great. I paired it with some sweet potatoes, boneless skinless seared chicken breast & creamy garlic rice. I only used half of the garlic called for because of the rice. My family loved it. Will definitely be putting it in the rotation.

This is my new favorite way for Brussels sprouts. Had the pan a bit too hot and some were Cajun style but they were still delicious. Tasty, quick and healthy; perfect for those after practice nights.

The sprouts were delicious. A lot of mine did not make it back in the pan because I ate them. Next time I will make extra so I can have some to eat while sauce is cooking.
