I love this recipe! It's decently simple & tastes great. I added some minced yellow onions & mushrooms to make things more interesting for mine.

Fantastic!! Only change for me was I used a whole garlic instead of one clove! Yum!

Really good it was it and I put I bit too much salt but it still was turned out pretty good with the peppers

I added about 1/8 tsp of the red pepper flakes in addition to the recipe and the spice of them was a bit over powering at times. But otherwise it was really yummy! I'd make it again following the recipe exactly.

It was excellent! I ended up adding 5 tbsp of water instead of 3, and I used Kosher salt instead of table salt. I will definitely make this again for my Meatless Mondays!
