Very tasty i give it a 4 star as not all amounts of ingredients are clear in the recipe. I improvised with the butter as the recipe doesn’t say how much I put about 2 tablespoons I made 2 salmon steaks and there was more than enough sauce Next time will halve the oil and wine amounts.
