  • 4 tilapia filets
  • 3 tablespoons butter-margarine
  • 1/3 cup jalapenos
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (& powder)

    Directions

    1. Heat butter until melted then stir to mix thoroughly
    2. Place filets in warm frying pan and pour remaining butter mixture over the top
    3. Sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning, Garlic Salt & powder
    4. Sauté and turn filets once only until tilapia turned into brown.. Turning more than that may cause filets to break apart
    5. When the filets are done cooking, garnish with relish jalapeños and mince Green onions on top of Cooked Tilapia
