  • 250 grams tofu (Firm, Korean, – I might be biased but I think Korean tofu seem tastier than any other kinds of tofu I’ve tried.)
  • 10 grams green onion (– thinly sliced)
  • cooking oil (Some, I used rice bran oil)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
