lovely simple to make great flavour. I added some red Pepper flakes to the butter sauce. my only surprise was once I cooked the garlic and added the lemon juice it made the garlic turn blue lol

This was easy and delicious! I wished the fish in milk, coated it with panko and red pepper flakes, seared the fish 6 min each side with 2 tablespoons of white wine, garlic, butter, and topped it with parsley, and capers.
