It was my first time making this, and with no oil on hand I ended up using extra virgin oil. It over flavored the dish and majority of it tasted like the oil. The green beans cooked quite nicely (although it also had an oily taste). The potatoes took a little longer than expected to cook, even though they were diced into small cubes. I would love to retry this dish with regular olive oil, and see how it turns out. Overall I think this dish has great potential, and the seasonings (from what I tasted) were pretty good🙂

This was really good! I boiled potatoes for 10min first. I didn’t boil the green beans but instead steamed them in the pan with a bit of water while the potatoes were boiling. Then set those aside to add to the potatoes in the pan later. Ate with sriracha!

Yum! Delicious and easy! I also boiled my potatoes before putting them in the skillet. Great flavor and excellent taste!!
