    I’m not the biggest fan of cilantro so I only used half the amount and used about another quarter cup of mayo since I found the spices a little strong with just 1/2cup of mayo. I also omitted the red onion and used yellow onion. I also cooked the onion and pepper a little bit so it didn’t have such a hard bite. Overall it was delicious, will definitely make again!
