    This was very delicious due to the moistness from the banana. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to determine the cook time because it seems these take longer to set on a lower pan setting than “normal” pancakes. Subsequently, I had the pan up too high waiting for them to cook and burned them. But they were still fairly tasty. I’d recommend eating them without anything on top. I picked my way through the entire first pancake with nothing on it and it was better than adding maple syrup and/or berries of which I ate both on the second!
