After reading other reviews, I used 2 eggs and added onion and garlic powder and left off the red pepper/cayenne. I made sure to follow the drying process exactly and they were actually dry. I recommend patting the patties. They definitely need sauce with them. I’ll probably try them again with only 1 egg.

I followed the directions exactly with the salt and the rinsing and the squeezing but they were too crumbly. I added an extra egg and that seemed to help. Maybe I’ll do 3 eggs next time. For seasoning I added garlic powder, smoked paprika, and za’atar.

These take a good bit of prep, which I don’t mind, but the coconut flour made them taste really strange. After the first batch didn’t turn out so great I switched out olive oil for the ghee for frying and added in some onion and garlic for more flavor - an improvement. I suggest finding a better recipe with some gluten and more depth of flavor!

Tastes quite good, but it was a fair amount of prep work (grating, salting, rinsing, squeezing) compared to just roasting zucchini as a side dish like i usually do. I'd make it again, but not regularly.

I liked them a lot but the rest of the family wasn't thrilled. We made them with steak which i thought was a great substitute for potatoes.

Absolutely delicious. Did not bother to wash the salt out (but didn't add any extra) and they were perfectly seasoned. Cooked in olive oil was fine. Thanks so much for the recipe!

My boyfriend absolutely detests recipes that are healthy and we have been on the search for delicious recipes to prepare for our meal prep or to get the kids to eat vegetables. This one tastes insanely good. He hates to admit it but he loves it too. There are a ton of cream based sauces that would compliment this... Can't wait to experiment.

I'm new to paleo and this was easy to make & delicious! The fritters reheat nicely in the oven (I try not to use/reheat food in the microwave), a huge plus. I think I found a new comfort food. I'll definitely make these again.
