- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (grind into a flour in your coffee grinder - you can substitute almond flour for this too.)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (to grease the pan.)

Very good, flexible, a little more eggish than I wish, but among the best Ive tried. Would be perfect for breakfast burrito!

I have tried numerous recipes of Paleo wraps and this is one is fantastic, far above anything else I have ever tried. I did replace almond flour for the sesame seeds so I wouldn't need to grind anything. These wraps are tasty by themselves, flexible, and you can make them super thin like crepes. They also hold without breaking!!! I highly recommend this recipe.
