I added diced potatoes & carrots, chick peas. Do not pressure cook too long thinking the raw chicken may be undercooked. 15 minutes is too long & will cause bottom of pot to burn, i.e., burnt curry.

Fantastic! Added a bit of cinnamon, cloves, and garam masala mix to the curry powder before throwing into the instant pot. I will definitely make this again!
