Strawberries? Yep, strawberries. Had this tonight. Wonderful!! A bit more prep time than I expected in that it took a while to cook bacon and stem the spinach. . Had a container of huge blackberries and cut strawberries in refrigerator. Didn't want to, but used the strawberries and followed the steps as directed. What a success! We loved this and would make no changes. I did however use jarred garlic in place of a clove. Looking aback at this, if I had known the strawberries would have been so wonderful in this, I probably would have thrown in the blackberries. Thanks for the recipe.
