- 1/4 coconut oil (cuporganic, melted and cooled)
- 2 almond flour (cupsblanched)
- 1/4 flour (cuptapioca, /starch)
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup chocolate chunks (Enjoy Life, what I used or any dairy & soy free chocolate chips)
- 3 Tbsp. cashew butter (creamy, I used cashew butter for the creaminess)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
