Used oyster sauce and chick peas instEd Of shrimp. Spices were a nice compliment along with the lemon
Making it again and using cod for family this weekend. Thanks for the recipe

Added Fish sauce, bell pepper, and minced Fresno Pepper . Substituted parsnip for carrot. put in juice of whole lemon, and used Moroccon Spice, Kaffir Leaves, along with Tumeric, Coriander, and Curry Powder

Turned out pretty good! A little bit bland, but we think if we tweaked some spices, it would be perfect! We ended up using chicken broth because we couldn’t find fish broth, no lemongrass and I just looked up the spice mix and did my best ;)
But very good!

Very good! Flavorful, yet light. this will become a staple recipe for me as a pescaterian.
