Very nice flavor. i used a whole red onion, and lots of dashes of red pepper flakes, and it wasnt very spicy. Could use more if you want it to really have kick. Easy to make. Served it alongside some Thai chicken tacos.

Simple and sweet. I didn’t do the pepper flakes this round because I wanted my kids to try this. But I’m excited to try the recipe again with some heat

Delicious! Perfect mix of sweet and sour. Might have to try it with a bit of cilantro

Perfect flavour. I would totally make this again. Probably with a Thai curry or a Tom yum soup. Yummy.
