- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tsp. ginger (finely grated)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (or cayenne pepper)
- 2 Tbsp. fat (choice, coconut oil, tallow, avocado oil, etc.)
- 1 cup soy sauce (or tamari (use tamari for gluten-free))
- 1 cup mirin (rice wine)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed and peeled)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (cut into three pieces, or ⅛-1/4 teaspoon of dried ginger)
