- 1/4 cup dates (about 5 medjool dates, or abut 2.5 ounces)
- 1/4 cup milk (non-dairy, choice, I use coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (softened)
- 2 Tbsp. palm sugar (optional..you can omit for a Whole 30 option, or add more if you want!)
- 2 Tbsp. psyllium husks
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (grain free)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. canela (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
