Yummy and can’t get enough! I’ve made these 3 times now and still crave them

I tweaked the recipe quite a bit.. used olive oil instead of avocado, quadrupled the cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Instead of onion I used onion powder. Used fresh spinach and bella mushrooms instead of olives and fresh jalapeños instead of chiles. Drizzled fresh lime juice and olive oil with italian seasoning over the top of 4 peppers (though recipe said 3). Also used chopped tomatoes with no salt added.. I like to be able to control the salt in my food. Still came out pretty awesome 😊

Easy recipe to follow. Definitely needs some type of sauce or something to pour over the top, either wise it tastes a little bland. I made some guacamole to go with it. Will for sure make again!

This is an excellent recipe. I substituted ground buffalo for the beef and tomato sauce as I do not like the feel or taste of tomato chunks. I wouldn't really change a thing otherwise.
