- 1 lb. strawberries (trimmed and sliced)
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 inches fresh ginger (diced or grated)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (soaked and toasted if possible, See All About Nuts)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (used above or equivalent)
- 1/8 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, place oil in a small bowl in the oven for a few minutes)
