- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or tamari, soy sauce if not paleo)
- 3 Tbsp. curry paste (red Thai)
- 3 medjool dates (large, pitted, or 3 TBS honey or molasses)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 limes
- 1 tsp. fish sauce (optional but adds flavor)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
