Great! I used boneless chicken thighs and, since I prepared it the night before but forgot to take it out of the fridge and start the crockpot this morning, I used my Instant Pot. I cooked it on Manual for 20 minutes then did a quick release, removed and shredded the chicken while I put the marinade on “saute”. It boiled almost immediately and I stirred in a water tapioca starch mixture and it thickened in seconds. Done!

Nice flavor. Didn't brown as much as a typical teriyaki chicken without soy sauce. Easy to make and tastes nice reheated
