- 1/4 cup tapioca starch (I like this kind)
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (flax milk or other dairy-free milk, I used this brand of coconut milk)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, buy here)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (100%, find it here)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup soy (and dairy-free chocolate chips, or more to taste, I use the Enjoy Life Brand)
- coconut oil (ghee or preferred fat for cooking)
