incredible. i haven't eaten bread due to allergies for over 2 years and i put this in my mouth and it tasted like i was eating focaccia 🤯🤯🤯 this will become a staple. sweet enough to be eaten with jam, savory enough for mini sandwiches (open face worked well). be aware it wont rise much so if youre going for big sandwiches it probably wont deliver if you do 2 pans, and you might burn the crust if you did it all in one. my batch took abt 45 min in oven to be perfect. its so beautiful and holds together amazing!

I made these in a cupcake mold because that is what I had at home. They came out delicious! These taste even better split in half and toasted.
