This turned out sooooooo amazing I was shocked! I've made a lot of gluten free breads that have not turned out so well. Best of all was it's yeast free but actually has a fair amount of rise. This bread is perfect structurally for sandwiches. Very flexible and holds together great! Moist and not crumbly. The only thing I'm trying different with my next loaf that I have in the oven right now is taking out the honey because with the almond butter taste it was slightly too sweet for sandwich bread for me. But such a great recipe!!!!!! I'm over the moon I found this! My 4 year old was so happy to not have a dry gluten free sandwich for once.
