- 1 cup grated coconut (unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut nectar (honey, can use a low carb sweetener like Sukrin)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked a minimum of one hour, longer great!)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (or homemade thick and creamy nut milk)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted, I used Enjoy Life Dark Morsels)
- 1/4 cup coconut nectar (honey, or for low carb Sukrin)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
