- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk (if needed)
- 3/4 cup cashews (soaked in boiling water for at least 2 hours, I like to start soaking the cashews the night before so it's ready for the next day)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
