- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela (Ceylon)
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (Nutiva is my favorite)
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (enjoy life, I use Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips: dairy-free, nut-free chocolate)
