- 1 cup non dairy milk (favorite, I use So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk, if making a smoothie, increase the amount to 1½ cups, part cold water is fine too.)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (fresh)
- 1 persimmon (ripe, or one frozen dried)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (or increase to 2 tablespoons for extra dark chocolate flavor.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut butter (or cream)
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin (grass fed, protein source)
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 16 drops liquid (stevia, to taste, or honey!)
