- 1/2 batch cheese (Tapioca, optional, but this gives a cheesy flavor and texture without any dairy. This can be swapped with mozzarella if you tolerate dairy.)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour (total quantity will depend on the moisture in your chicken, see instructions)
- 1 Tbsp. oil (your choice, I’ve used bacon grease, avocado oil, and coconut oil)
- 1 tsp. sea salt (ground)
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 2 tsp. dried parsley (optional)

- nutritional yeast (optional)
- red bell pepper (optional)
