This was absolutely disgusting the pancakes didn’t hold together they crumbled apart couldn’t flip them over. I was really craving some pancakes oh well.

Excellent recipe. I add a tad more almond milk and vanilla. Let cook for at least 5’ on low heat to allow for ease of flipping without crumbling or folding.

Didn’t stick together and ended up looking more like scrambled egg but they actually tasted really good so going to up my rating from a 1 to a 3.5!

Tastes even better than regular flour pancakes 😋 Simple, quick and tasty recipe. Turns out better on a preheated nonstick griddle.

turned out terrible, the mix would not stay together and kept burning to the pan no matter how much grease/oil
