Not bad. This is the second recipe I’ve tried for pancakes. They can’t be over three inches or they fall apart while flipping. I was looking for something fluffy to get my kids to eat them too. They complain there’s a kinda gritty flavor with the coconut flour. I’ll keep trying.

These are a better version of the two-ingredient banana pancakes I usually make (banana + egg), thanks to the addition of coconut flour. I would definitely make these again because they make a great snack.

I'm probably asking for too much in finding a paleo pancake alternative that taste like "normal" pancakes (aunt Jemima, buttermilk pancakes from your favorite brunch spot) but these did not do it for me at all. Gave it two stars versus one since my boyfriend ate them all up and was happy to finish mine off

I love them they were sweet and take great with fresh berries. They were light and fluffy. My 15 yo love them with syrup and asked to make them again the next day. Paleo recipes are not bad
