- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 pinch coconut sugar
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or olive oil)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 10 shrimp (or 2-3 chicken thighs, chopped in small pieces)
- 2 oz. tofu (cubed in 1/2″ cubes)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (chopped)
- fresh lime
- red pepper flakes (or sriracha sauce to taste)
