- 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt (I use this real salt since it's full of minerals)
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning (I used this Super Gyro Blend from Primal Palate)
- cracked pepper (Fresh, to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for frying the meatballs)
- 1 yellow onion (medium, chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 5 stalks celery (chopped)
- 5 large carrots (chopped)
- 2 cups green beans (trimmed and cut in half)
- 2 cups zucchini (chopped)
- 1 cup yellow squash (chopped)
- 5 cups bone broth (beef, learn how to make your own HERE)
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes (in their juices)
- 3/4 cup red wine (It can be any red wine--nothing fancy. I used Green Fin that I purchased at TJ's)
- sea salt

- basil (to top, optional)
- cheese (Peccorino, to top, optional)
