Surprisingly easy and very good. Pretty good Jerk flavoring. Replaced red pepper with a fresh jalapeño. Also just cooked in an iron skillet and skipped the oven step. Turned out great.

Loved!!! I didn’t have tumeric so used basil instead.. AMAZING will make again. Between this and the cilantro lime chicken from this site I’m not sure which one is best... 5 stars!!

This recipe is AWESOME! Recently diagnosed with several food allergies, this reminds me of the Chinese Takeout from the mall I loved so much without the Soy and Wheat! I suggest making a double batch, everyone in my house is loving it!

This turned out great! We used chicken breast and it was still very juicy. Everyone in my house loved it, including the picky eaters. We made it with riced cauliflower (cooked in the same pan the chicken had been in) and roasted broccoli.

Delicious and moist. Pan fried some broccoli in the juices with garlic and chili flakes and served with rice. Winner.

Big hit! A little too spicy for me but every one else loved it. I added some rosemary to this dish, cooked in a 9x13 baking dish @350 for one hour. Best served with rice (cauliflower). Will definitely make again

This was nothing like the jerk chicken I've had. I won't be making this again. I ended up throwing it away.

It was good. I made it for 2. I used 2 chicken breast and baked it with only 2 tsp of olive oil, full amount of listed spices. It came out to only 233 calories (Fitness Pal) so not bad if you are looking for a lighter meal. I ate it over rice with a side of cream corn. Full spices made it very spicy though. I did not pre sauté on the stove just baked 350 for 20 minutes.

Good and easy to make but not exactly like the picture. You should top with the rosemary or add a pinch more.

I have made this recipe repeatedly. My family loves it! Great taste! Can even throw it in a wrap or taco shell.

Great! I love this recipe. It is easy to make and it taste yummy. Yes I would make it again. I did not need to modify it at all.

This recipe was easy-to-make and tasted great. The combination of spices created a mellow jerk taste - not the strongest kick, but still enjoyable. I served it on steamed basmati rice with broccoli.
