- 1 lb. chicken (either, turkey, or beef kielbasa, cut into 1″ slices)
- sauerkraut (. Minimum one can, optimally 2-3 cups worth. More if you love the Kraut.)
- 2 potatoes (white, peeled and cut into a large dice. If you want firmer potatoes, cut them into larger pieces., skip these if you wish. Around 2 to 4 cups.)
- 1 white onion (small, cut into a small dice. About 1 Cup.)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups water (or more)
- 1 lb. kielbasa (cut into 1" slices)
- 3 cups sauerkraut (and juices)
