  • 50 grams chips (unsweetened coconut)
  • 50 grams grated coconut (unsweetened)
  • 40 grams cacao nibs (optional)
  • 100 grams honey
  • 60 grams virgin coconut oil (extra)
  • 1 teaspoon spices (ground cake, I use the French quatre-épices mix that includes cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and black pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
