- 1 tsp. tamarind paste (or 1.5 tbsp lime juice)
- 400 mL coconut milk (tin of)
- 600 grams pollock (cubed)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (raw grass-fed butter or ghee)
- 1 Tbsp. black mustard seeds
- 1 handful curry leaves
- 3/4 cup fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
