- 2/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (melted,make sure to measure it in it’s melted state)
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg (large,plus 1 large egg yolk)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (I used ½ cup mini chocolate chips and ½ cup chocolate chunks)
- 1 cup fresh cherries (I used 18 total)
- sea salt (to sprinkle on top, optional)
