    Great to find a recipe that does not require butter, cheese or vegan substitutes thereof. One can always jazz it up. I browned the garlic a little which turned out really well.

    So...this was “okay”...My family is brand new to the paleo way of eating so I think changing from potatoes to cauliflower was a bit too soon for our taste buds. It was very plain tasting and the texture was definitely different. Don’t think we will fix it again but it probably isn’t because of this specific recipe—I think maybe the cauliflower version of mashed potatoes just isn’t for us.

    I just tried it today and it came out good! It's a bit less flavorful than mashed potatoes so I added a bit of ground nutmeg and the end result was very good.

    It turned out really well! Added a bit extra coconut milk, and blended it after steaming. Also added ground turmeric and ground herbs. It was delicious, will definitely make often

    I've tried several recipes for mashed cauliflower, looking for a substitute for mashed potatoes, and this one is (so far) the best. It's not a perfect substitute, it's a little thinner, and runnier than mashed potatoes should be, but overall it's a good recipe. I'll definitely be making it again.
