- 1 lb. ground pork (pasture raised/organic when possible)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. sea salt (garlic, blend)

- 1 cup carrots (shredded, diced)

- 1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice (omit for AIP, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha
- 1/4 tsp. hot mustard
- 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1 1/2 tsp. coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
