- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. almond oil (or grapeseed oil)
- 1 1/2 cups carrots (finely chopped, The food processor is the easiest way to do this.)
- 1/2 cup dates (pureed, If you buy dried dates and they are too hard to puree in your food processor, microwave them with a little bit of water to soften them. Strain out any excess water and then puree them.)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (coarsely)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
