    aweful...the texture and flavor was not good and they were very difficult to make. i thought the recipe looked odd and missing ingredients. i will stick to my normal recipe for crepes and substitute for the healthier ingredients.

    Great! I used reduced calorie apple juice as I cannot have a lot of sugar and used corn starch instead of the arrowroot powder and my son loved it.

    The texture is less than desirable very spongy and grainy but the flavour is good if you can get over that part
