It was alright- there is a similar to better receipt that uses almond flour that I would recommend and would have made if I could find it!

very good tasteing but should not be called cornbread did not taste anything like cornbread

Great tasting substitute for corn muffins! Have added sour cream for added richness -- kids love them!
