    The flavor is good, but the coconut wouldn’t stick to the shrimp :(

    These were good. I used medium shrimp because it’s what I had on hand, definitely need to use large or jumbo shrimp. My husband and I felt like they were missing something but couldn’t put or finger on it

    Was absolutely delicious, and low-calorie! Had to let it cook a little bit longer to get it crispy. Will make again, maybe with chicken?
