Followed recipe without alteration, with the exception of leaving the “dough” to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours (rather than the 1/2 hour instructed). Cooked perfectly, held shape, and tasted great! This recipe will be a keeper!

Hello!!! I would love to make this recipe, but I can't seem to be able to see the instructions.....?????? I'll just have to guess...... I'll try to search on the web, maybe Elena has a separate webpage??
I would like to add that I did find a webpage for these macaroons....so the problem is with Yummly, so I was able to read the instructions. Yeah! I'll be making these now, I'll let you know how they come out!

I used shredded and flaked coconut and cooked for 14 minutes. They turned out GREAT!!! Crispy on the bottom and still soft in the center. Right after pulling them out of the oven I throw them in the fridge so they harden up for I can eat them sooner!

These were easy, excellent, and a hit with friends that we had over for dinner. I'll definitely be making these again!
