    Afraid this was a bit of a disappointment.. Granted, we doubled the recipe to make sure there was enough For everyone,so that may have affected things, but overall, the flavor was better and the texture was very coconutty (which, if you like that sort of thing, may not be a drawback). Also, to note, make sure you have plenty of oil on the skillet, otherwise they tend to stick. Good luck! We will not make this again.
