  • salt (Pinch o')
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda (I know an 8th doesn't exist, but just measure out a 1/4 tsp, then shake some out.....or just make a double batch and use 1/4 tsp!)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted, use butter or ghee if you wish)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup, or one tbsp of both if you want, I like to do that)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or maple)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

    Flavor was ok (a little bland) but Lordy loo were these dry! Maybe a touch more coconut oil? Or more honey? I'm a terrible cook so I have literally no idea, but maybe someone else will have a recommendation!
