- 2 cups dates (soaked for 20-30 minutes first)
- 1 pkg. coconut cream (concentrate, you can buy this here or use coconut butter)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (organic, I use this brand)
- 1/4 cup grassfed butter (or ghee, this brand is what I use)
- 1/8 cup butter (cacao, you can buy this here)
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder (organic)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (finely, I recommend this brand)
