- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. soda (bicarb)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 100 grams dark chocolate (I used a dairy free, organic 72% cacao block)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin (mashed, mash until very smooth, like a thick puree)
- 1/2 cup honey (or other liquid sweetener of choice)
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
